Mulvesta acquired the former Miranda Paviljoen in 2016. The building has an area of around 1,700 m2 and is situated on its own grounds. On 1 November 2016, a ten-year triple-net lease agreement for the building was signed with Amstel Boathouse BV. This company operates the building as a restaurant and event location.
