Mulvesta purchases four hotel buildings and two residential/retail properties in Rotterdam
Mulvesta purchases various investment and development properties in Rotterdam.
The hotel buildings will be handed over in a vacant state. Due to the area in which they are located, they are very suitable for redevelopment into homes. A building on Jan van Avennesstraat, which will be handed over completely vacant, has also been purchased. The deal also includes a residential/retail property on Noordmolenstraat, which will also be handed over in a vacant state. All buildings are in a relatively poor state of repair and require renovation/development.
